With your strong leadership skills and strategic mindset, you will drive the continuous improvement of our supply chain and procurement functions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse management, and transportation logistics.
• Lead and manage the procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Develop and implement cost-efficient purchasing strategies to minimize expenses while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering systems to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and purchasing to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and procurement to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and purchasing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing logistics and procurement operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using logistics and procurement software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
