📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the design process for various projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop creative and innovative solutions.
• Oversee the implementation of design concepts, ensuring they are executed accurately and efficiently.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in design and sustainability.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in design management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Proven experience in leading design teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices.
• Certification in LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) or other relevant sustainability certifications is a plus.
