In your daily work, you'll be involved in a variety of activities, including market research, due diligence, negotiation, and deal structuring. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and evaluate potential merger and acquisition opportunities that align with Envi-Comm's strategic objectives
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential targets, including financial, legal, and operational assessments
• Negotiate and structure M&A deals, including terms, conditions, and financial arrangements
• Coordinate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure the successful execution of M&A transactions
• Work closely with external stakeholders, such as potential targets, investors, and regulatory bodies, to facilitate the M&A process
• Monitor the performance of acquired businesses and identify opportunities for integration and optimization
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in M&A
• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to the management team on M&A opportunities and risks

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&A, corporate development, or investment banking
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring
• Proficient in using M&A software, such as DealPoint, Dealogic, or PitchBook
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex business scenarios
• Knowledge of the environmental communication industry and a commitment to sustainability and corporate social responsibility
• Certification in corporate finance or M&A (e.g., CFA, CMA, or CPA) is a plus
