📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide individual and group counseling services to clients in need of social support.
• Develop and implement community-based programs to address social issues such as mental health, substance abuse, and poverty.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the needs of individuals and communities.
• Collaborate with local government agencies, non-profit organizations, and other stakeholders to advocate for social change.
• Educate and raise awareness about social issues through workshops, seminars, and community outreach programs.
• Monitor and report on program outcomes and impact to ensure continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social work through ongoing training and professional development.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals and families in times of need.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) certification or eligibility to obtain one in Bali.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in community support and advocacy.
• Strong knowledge of social work theories, principles, and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience working in a multicultural and diverse setting is a plus.
