As the Guest Experience & Community Outreach Manager, you'll orchestrate seamless interactions from the moment our international patients arrive until they depart. Your daily tasks will include coordinating with our team to ensure every detail meets our high standards, managing our social media presence to showcase our unique culture, and organizing community events that bring our patients and local residents together.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and enhance the guest experience throughout the entire patient journey, ensuring high standards of service and comfort.
• Coordinate with various departments to organize and execute community outreach programs and events.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to engage our international patient community and showcase our unique cultural aspects.
• Build and maintain relationships with local community leaders and organizations to foster meaningful connections.
• Monitor and analyze guest feedback to continuously improve our services and community initiatives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of Morula IVF's community engagement policies and procedures.
• Represent Morula IVF at local and international events, both as a speaker and a participant.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in guest experience and community outreach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in guest experience, community outreach, or a related field, with a focus on international or multicultural environments.
• A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, International Relations, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and executing community engagement programs.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, as well as proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience working in a multicultural or international setting is highly desirable.
• Certification in guest experience management or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer is a plus.
