📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit customers to collect payments and address any issues related to their loans.
• Document all interactions and transactions using our in-house software, including our custom-built CRM system.
• Collaborate with the collection team to develop and implement effective collection strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled professionally and promptly.
• Monitor and report on collection performance, providing regular updates to the management team.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in debt collection.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of collection activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field visits.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
