Finance Officer - Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)

As a Finance Officer, you will be responsible for managing our company's Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions. You will work closely with our suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to maintain strong financial relationships and to optimize our cash flow. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions using SAP and Oracle systems
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Work with suppliers and customers to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to financial transactions
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management, including Aged Payables and Aged Receivables reports
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
• Provide excellent customer service to suppliers and customers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in using SAP and Oracle financial systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS is a plus
