📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production flows and adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor and analyze production data using ERP systems and other operational tools to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the production team to implement process improvements and best practices.
• Work with quality assurance to ensure that all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage inventory and raw material logistics to support smooth production operations.
• Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations coordination or a similar role in manufacturing.
• Proven experience with ERP systems, production scheduling software, and quality control software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to monitor and optimize operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of steel manufacturing processes and industry standards is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
