📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and curate engaging content across various digital platforms, including social media, website, and email marketing.
• Lead live sales sessions, demonstrating products and providing exceptional customer service to drive conversions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
• Analyze content performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve our digital marketing efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce.
• Manage our social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts, and engaging with our audience.
• Assist in the development and execution of our email marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to the growth and success of Mydora Gold & Jewellery Sdn. Bhd. by driving sales and building brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a related field.
• Proficient in using social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and live sales tools is a plus.
• Passion for jewelry and a keen eye for detail.
