As an Accounts Receivable Specialist / Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing our accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments. You will work closely with our Australian team to maintain strong financial relationships and optimize our cash flow. This position offers a competitive salary range of IDR 8,000,000 - 12,000,000 per month, making it an attractive opportunity for finance professionals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments.
• Collaborate with the Australian team to maintain strong financial relationships and optimize cash flow.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement and enforce credit policies and procedures to minimize bad debt and risk.
• Resolve accounts receivable issues and disputes, working closely with customers and internal teams.
• Utilize accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems to manage and track receivables.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in accounts receivable and credit control.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on the status of accounts receivable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit control, preferably in a remote or international setting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
