📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure project success.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and clients to gather requirements, set expectations, and manage communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Microsoft Project to track progress, manage tasks, and ensure accountability.
• Monitor project performance and risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and improve project outcomes.
• Conduct regular project reviews and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous process enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
• Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with project management software such as Jira, Trello, and Microsoft Project.
