📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Develop and deliver training programs for dental staff,Evaluate training needs and design effective training materials,Conduct workshops and seminars on various dental topics,Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs,Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees,Collaborate with management to align training with organizational goals,Stay updated with the latest dental technologies and practices,Maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Dentistry, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of dental procedures and equipment,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Certification in training and development (preferred),Experience in the dental industry is a plus🛠️ Keahlian
