FORGE Indonesia is looking for a highly motivated Senior QC Staff to join our team in Pematangsiantar, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure products meet established standards,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement,Train and mentor junior staff on quality control practices,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues,Ensure compliance with all relevant quality regulations and standards,Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records and documentation,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with at least 2 years in a senior role,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, techniques, and standards,Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001,Proficient in using quality control software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
