📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to understand the requirements of each position.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations.,Maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Provide feedback to candidates and assist them in the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
