📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating and fulfilling the unique needs of each guest.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage and maintain guest amenities and special requests with attention to detail.
• Arrange and oversee special events and activities for guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
• Provide exceptional concierge services, including transportation, dining reservations, and local attraction bookings.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and common areas.
• Stay updated with local attractions, dining options, and cultural events to provide valuable insights to guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hospitality role, preferably in a resort or high-end hotel setting.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Fluency in English, with additional knowledge of local languages (Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive in Bali.
• Experience with luxury concierge services and event planning is a plus.
