📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing sales transactions and ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.
  • Assisting in the management of inventory and stock levels.
  • Training and supervising junior sales and cashier staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Generating regular sales reports and providing insights to management.
  • Assisting in the organization of sales promotions and events.
  • Ensuring the cashier area is clean and organized at all times.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and cashier roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is a plus.
  • Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a must.
