🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering.,Proven track record of successful mechanical projects.,Strong knowledge of mechanical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).,Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD).,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Professional certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is a plus.
