📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of building infrastructure including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.,Inspect buildings regularly to identify and address maintenance issues.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.,Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Manage maintenance budgets and resources.,Report on maintenance activities and outcomes to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of building infrastructure.,Proven leadership experience in a maintenance or technical role.,Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
