SATOSHI Sentosa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Lab Technician to join our team in Badung, Bali. As a Lead Lab Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results, and mentoring junior staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and quality control measures.,Perform a wide range of laboratory tests and analyses, including but not limited to, clinical, forensic, and environmental testing.,Train and mentor junior laboratory technicians, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition.,Develop and implement new laboratory procedures and protocols, in collaboration with the laboratory manager.,Ensure the laboratory is stocked with the necessary supplies and reagents, and that orders are placed and received in a timely manner.,Conduct research and development activities, as required, to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the laboratory.,Participate in quality assurance activities, including audits and inspections, to ensure the laboratory meets all regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biology, chemistry, or laboratory science.,A minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a strong background in clinical, forensic, or environmental testing.,Certification in a relevant field, such as Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) or Forensic Science Technician (FST).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in the use of laboratory equipment and software, including but not limited to, microscopes, spectrophotometers, and laboratory information management systems (LIMS).,Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO, GLP, and CLIA.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to take initiative and responsibility for one's own actions.
