📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide strategic financial guidance and advice to senior management.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.,Proven experience in financial analysis and forecasting.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and standards.
