Bahagia Rama Tea is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our tea processing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, a passion for tea, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the tea processing facility, ensuring efficiency and quality.,Manage and mentor a team of operators, ensuring they are trained and motivated to perform at their best.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of tea production.,Monitor and optimize production schedules to meet production targets and deadlines.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.,Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished products.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of tea processing and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a flexible schedule.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
