📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement daily meal plans and menus.,Supervise and mentor kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.,Maintain food safety and quality standards in accordance with health regulations.,Manage inventory and purchasing to optimize costs and ensure ingredient availability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.,Participate in training and development programs for kitchen staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques.,Professional certification in culinary arts or related field is a plus.
