PT Anggrek Eka is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management and a commitment to ensuring the safety and efficiency of our vehicles. This role is crucial in maintaining our operational standards and ensuring the smooth running of our logistics operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and regularly serviced.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to optimize costs and prevent breakdowns.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding vehicle use and maintenance.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance, including vehicle usage, maintenance costs, and fuel efficiency.,Handle any vehicle-related issues or emergencies, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to operations.,Work closely with the logistics team to plan and optimize vehicle routes and schedules.,Maintain accurate records of all vehicle-related activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Proficient in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and experience with various types of vehicles.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
