📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist the lead tutor in planning and delivering lessons.
• Conduct classes and provide academic support to students.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the lead tutor.
• Prepare and grade student assignments and exams.
• Assist in organizing and participating in school events and activities.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a positive learning environment.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
• Valid teaching certification or license.
• Willingness to travel and work in remote areas.
