🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.,5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and problem-solving abilities.,Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.,Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.,Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a track record of designing products that solve real user problems.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and justify them to stakeholders.,Proven ability to lead and mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive design culture.,Passion for creating beautiful, functional, and user-friendly products that make a positive impact on users' lives.
