📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care in the ICU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with procedures.,Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Assess and monitor patients' conditions, documenting findings and changes accurately.,Administer intravenous medications, fluids, and other therapies as prescribed.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.,Participate in staff meetings and continuous education to stay updated on best practices.,Assist in the preparation and maintenance of patient records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.,ICU nursing certification or experience preferred.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU nursing.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Valid nursing license in the relevant jurisdiction.
