📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Developing, organizing, and maintaining technical documentation, including manuals, guides, and other reference materials.
• Collaborating with engineering and product teams to ensure that technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and reflects the latest features and improvements.
• Creating and maintaining style guides and templates to ensure consistency in technical documentation.
• Reviewing and editing technical documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to style guidelines.
• Assisting in the development of training materials and other educational resources.
• Providing technical writing support to marketing and sales teams as needed.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
• Ensuring that technical documentation is accessible and usable by a diverse audience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
