    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in an international or multicultural environment.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor HR team members.
  • Experience in strategic HR planning and implementation.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
