📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other team members to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and reduce costs.,Oversee the loading and unloading of goods at warehouses and customer locations.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Provide support and guidance to drivers to improve their performance and safety.,Assist in the planning and scheduling of vehicle routes to optimize efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation management principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to perform physical tasks and work in various weather conditions.
