In this role, you will lead a team of divers and marine biologists, conducting regular dives to assess coral health, remove invasive species, and implement husbandry techniques to promote coral growth. You will work closely with local communities to educate and engage them in marine conservation efforts, fostering a sense of stewardship and responsibility towards our oceans.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of divers and marine biologists in conducting regular dives to assess coral health and implement husbandry techniques.
• Develop and implement coral husbandry programs to promote coral growth and resilience.
• Conduct research and data collection to monitor the health and recovery of coral reefs.
• Collaborate with local communities to educate and engage them in marine conservation efforts.
• Use advanced tools such as underwater cameras, GPS devices, and data loggers to monitor and document coral health.
• Participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness about the importance of coral reef conservation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines for marine conservation.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in coral husbandry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine conservation, coral husbandry, or related field.
• Professional diving certification (e.g., PADI Divemaster, SSI Open Water Diver).
• Experience in leading and managing a team of divers and marine biologists.
• Strong knowledge of coral husbandry techniques and marine conservation practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with using advanced tools such as underwater cameras, GPS devices, and data loggers.
